Papantonio: The New Right Wing Confederacy

About the only consistent theme we’ve seen come from the pathetic crop of Republican presidential wanna-be’s is their eagerness to appeal to the most bigoted and racist members of their Republican Tea Party base. By attacking Muslims, African Americans, and basically anyone that isn’t a white Christian, GOP candidates like Newt Gingrich and Rick Perry are helping to further divide America with their hate. Mike Papantonio talks about how these candidates are creating a new confederacy with Theo Anderson, a contributor to In These Times magazine.

I don’t think any Democrat has ever imposed “big” gov’t – they just prefer more open and transparent gov’t, which the Right can’t differentiate between “big gov’t” and “open/transparent gov’t.” The Right fails to acknowledge that Bush, Jr., a Republican happened to make gov’t bigger by so many gov’t security programs, many overlapping, shortly after 9/11.

Also, since Republicans and Libertarians are insistent on sending powers back to the states, that has been problematic. If only we had more nationalized and universal solutions for America without it automatically being branded by the right as something like “communism” or “socialism” while they don’t have a very in-depth understanding of the terms – not to mention that we should’ve been over those phobias over 2 decades ago when the Berlin Wall fell in 1989…Maybe when Republicans insist on making gov’t “smaller” it is really a code word for THEOCRACY.

About the only consistent thing that Papantonio has exhibited is his non-stop lying and slandering of conservatives and Republicans. No wonder Airhead America went out of business.

How is Mike lying, Scott? Just because you object to him tying racism/bigotry in the GOP and tea party automatically means he is lying?…In actuality, when the Right stops telling lies about democrats and progressives, people like Mike can stop telling the truth about the Right.

Here’s an example of a racial double standard when it comes to sexual and marital infidelity between Herman Cain and Newt Gingrich:

Scott, you have offer no concrete evidence that Mike is lying. You are beating a dead horse, of course, you, the teabaggers, the Republican Party, and Corporate America have no horse sense, let alone common sense.

Scott, what evidence do you have that repudiates Mike’s “disgraceful” claims? Otherwise, ENOUGH with accusing those you object to on ROFR of lying over and over again.
