Thanks again, Mike and Mark for pushing to hold BP’s feet to the fire and countering the corporate shills like the Iris Crosses of the situation.

I remember shortly after the BP oil rig explosion in 2010, Mike was on MSNBC comparing the management for the cleanup to that scene in the movie “Airplane” where the stewardist announces on the loud speak in the cockpit “…does anyone on board know how to fly a plane?”…At least now, there seems to be more substance in holding BP more accountable for their negligence in the Gulf thanks to attorney Mark Proctor.

Other than that, I wonder what ever happened to Tony Hayward. Is he really completely off the hook, even with a golden parachute as he left BP not too long after the oil spill disaster? Normally, he could’ve been tried at the Hague, given that BP is an international oil company.

All in all, it’s good to hear that the Gulf residents now have a good window of opportunity to file their claims that their small businesses and lifestyles were affected by the spill.
