NR if you listened to Mike talk about the trial of John Edwards you’ll see the link. It appears that the Republicans don’t care much about the quality of their nominees, only the ideology; but that democrats (Clinton and Obama) seem obsessed about insider connections over overall justice. This judge is an incompetent appointee whose done his time at corporate lawfirms looking out for corporate interests over the ordinary guy. Wall Street should have been prosecuted starting at the beginning of the Obama Administration; but the Justice Department is staffed with people looking over their shoulders to a cushy job working for the people they ought to be prosecuting and we keep caring more about whether the guy attended an elite law school (mostly stanford) and not whether they give a darn about ordinary people or the constitution.

NR says:

The John Edwards trial is hardly news. I want to hear more about how Wall Street, the big banks, and corporate America are essentially robbing us blind.

And, as for job creation, it is evident that democrats create jobs and republicans try to sell us magic beans, much like how democrats believe in the future while the republicans believe in the rapture – ’nuff said.
