I read the dissent opinion of Antonin Scalia in the Arizona immigration case that was decided this week, and it helped me round out my mental picture of what Scalia has become. Without bogging down in all the details of what he said, the big picture is that Scalia has nothing but contempt for virtually everyone who is different than him. Everyone who speaks a different language, follows a different religion, and has skin that is a different color, everyone who has not been born into his anointed social class. Antonin Scalia is a sorry, hateful, morally crippled old man who will be shaping the future of this country until old, old age, provides America some relief.

I have seen too many people never become wiser despite the fact that they went through religion school, years of so-called leadership and never had no empathy, compassion, humanity, etc. They have never grew up and never were sorry about what they had done to their fellow human beings and were even glad of it. Furthermore, many of these guys and gals had no fear of God and believe that despite the horrible things they did to other people, they firmly believe that their sins will be forgiven and they will not have to serve a day in Hades.

That explains it: a declining mind in a leprosy-filled body. Actually, I thought he was a psychopath. We can only hope his mind goes downhill along with his body so he will have to leave.
How does one get rid of a SC justice who is no longer able to serve (say, Alzheimers). Who has the authority to make him quit.
Good reason why we need SC term limits.
